The race was not easy to run all alone and in the weather condition which was hot aiming for personal best if not personal best then under 9 minute.I will go for the target the next race on Saturday.Thank you very much for your support and cheering me up. (レースは決して楽ではありませんでした。 1人で走る展開で、しかもとても暑いコンディションの中、自己ベスト、少なくとも9分を切ることを目標にしていました。今回は目標を達成できませんでしたが、次の土曜日のレースでその目標に挑戦したいと思います。 いつもサポートしてくださり、そして応援で励ましてくださり、本当にありがとうございます)
